Job Title: Business Development Executive (BPO) with Upwork Bidding Responsibilities

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth for our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services and managing the bidding process on Upwork. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients, build relationships, and secure new business opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the entire bidding process on Upwork, including proposal creation, client communication, and contract negotiation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in BPO sales and a proven track record of success in bidding on Upwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base for our BPO services.
  • Identify potential clients and conduct market research to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to promote our BPO services and secure new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns to generate leads and drive business growth.
  • Manage the entire bidding process on Upwork, including identifying relevant projects, preparing competitive proposals, and submitting them within the designated timeframes.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients and projects to tailor proposals and maximize the chances of winning bids.
  • Engage in effective communication with clients on Upwork, addressing their queries, providing additional information, and negotiating terms and pricing to secure contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and transition from sales to operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, bid performance, and business development initiatives to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in BPO sales, preferably in a business development or sales executive role.
  • Demonstrated success in bidding on Upwork and securing projects.
  • Strong understanding of BPO industry trends, services, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions effectively.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple bids and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with Upwork platform and its bidding process is highly desirable.
